We went out for our anniversary dinner! The salmon was amazing! Trust me I am a salmon snob. Salmon is pretty much the only thing I order when I go out. It was made to perfection. Definitely would suggest you ordering it!

Just about every time we go to Fireside I have to get the Charbroiled Pork Tenderloin. It melts in my mouth and the blend of flavors combine the southwest green chile salsa with a sweet and sour spirited glaze. The slightly bitter charred endive really sets off the dish and is a welcome addition to the rich sweet, salty, sour flavors from the rest of the dish. This dish never disappoints.
